Saskatchewan NDP Says Lack Of Funding Creates Barriers For Students, Risks Province’s Economic Future 

SASKATOON – The Saskatchewan NDP is joining post-secondary students to demand the Sask. Party better invest in post-secondary — a critical piece of the province’s economic future — in the wake of news that students at one provincial school are facing tuition hikes and another campus is planning to lay off frontline staff.

REGINA — Weyburn resident Teresa Sandeski travelled to the Saskatchewan Legislature today demanding answers from the Sask. Party government after her husband, Fred Sandeski, was wrongfully evicted from the Weyburn Care Home. 

SASKATOON- New data shows that the Saskatoon NICU is nearly full, with 3 units at the James Patterson Children’s Hospital currently reporting they are overcapacity. This comes on the heels of NICU nurses in Regina sounding the alarm that they used their last ventilator on April 10th.

MOOSE JAW — A 65-year-old Moose Jaw man who is legally blind and has cancer and mobility issues is being forced from his home by the Sask. Party government and into a unit that won’t even fit his wheelchair.
