STATEMENT FROM SASKATCHEWAN NDP LEADER CARLA BECK IN RESPONSE TO SASKATCHEWAN SEPARATIST ROADSHOW

Today, I’m calling on Premier Moe to show real leadership and denounce this separatist nonsense once and for all. This is not a moment for division. Saskatchewan people are facing serious challenges, and we should be united in our efforts to push back against global forces attempting to bring this country and Saskatchewan to its knees.
The Saskatchewan Prosperity Project’s goal is to tear Canada apart. We’ve already seen the damaging effects that separatist talk has had in Alberta. It scares off investment, distracts from the real work ahead of us, and undermines the shared progress we need to build a stronger, brighter, more prosperous future.
Now is the time to bring people together – not drive them apart.
