Weyburn couple left with no care options after being ignored by Sask. Party

WEYBURN – Today, Saskatchewan NDP Shadow Minister for Seniors Keith Jorgenson joined Fred & Teresa Sandeski to sound the alarm over the current state of healthcare. In anticipation of Teresa’s kidney stone surgery, Fred was placed in respite care at a special care home in Weyburn for a month; however, once the month was up, the policy stated that he had to pay — an option the Sandeskis’ could not afford on their fixed income.

Recent court documents revealed Scott Moe at the heart of Shercom controversy

SASKATOON – Today, 79 manufacturing workers at a Saskatoon-based tire recycling business will lose their jobs after the Sask. Party gave their contract to a California company,  breaking a promise made by Sask. Party Leader Scott Moe.
